The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DY3D STUDIO and its licensors.

Custom Orders

All custom 3D printing orders require a 50% advance payment. Lead times for custom orders will be communicated individually based on complexity.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of 3D printed items, all sales are final. We operate a strict No Returns, Exchange Only policy. We do not provide monetary refunds. Free replacements/exchanges are strictly offered for products damaged in transit or bearing manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.
