Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within India. Custom orders require an additional 3-5 days for production.
Currently, we only ship within India. We plan to expand to international shipping by late 2024.
Shipping is a flat ₹150 for orders below ₹2000. Orders above ₹2000 qualify for free standard shipping.
We use custom-cut foam inserts, bubble wrap, and sturdy corrugated boxes to ensure your 3D printed items arrive safely. In the rare event of damage, contact us immediately for a replacement.
Product Details
We primarily use PLA+ (a biodegradable plastic derived from corn starch) for standard prints, PETG for items needing heat resistance, and UV-cured Resin for high-detail miniatures.
Yes, our PLA products are non-toxic and biodegradable. However, they are not certified food-safe unless explicitly stated (like our parametric fruit bowl).
Absolutely! If you want to paint a model yourself, we recommend purchasing our "primed" miniatures. Acrylic paints work best on our PLA and Resin prints.
Custom Orders
Yes, we offer printing services for custom STL files, provided you have the rights to print them (e.g., Creative Commons licenses or purchased files). Contact us via the form for a quote.
Yes, our in-house designers can help bring your ideas to life. Design fees start at ₹1500 and vary based on complexity.
Lithophanes require careful preparation and slow printing speeds. Please allow 5-7 business days for production.
