⚠️ Policy Summary: No Returns, Exchange Only

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our 3D printed creations, we do not accept returns or issue monetary refunds. However, we provide a 100% Free Exchange / Replacement if your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective.

No Return & No Refund Policy

Each 3D printed model, lithophane lamp, and decor piece at DY3D STUDIO is custom manufactured on-demand specifically for you using specialized polymers, custom sizing, and individual print hours. Because of this customized process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Free Exchange & Replacement Guarantee (7 Days)

We take immense pride in our quality and package every model with high-density protection. If your item arrives:

  • Damaged or broken in transit
  • Manufactured with a structural defect or missing parts
  • An incorrect item was shipped

We will gladly print and dispatch a brand new replacement unit at zero additional cost.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Submit an enquiry within 7 calendar days of receiving your parcel.
  2. Go to your Orders Page and click the Enquiry button on the order, or click the permanent floating 💬 Enquiry button in the bottom right corner of any page.
  3. Alternatively, message us directly on WhatsApp at +91 81094 60550 or email dy3dstudio88@gmail.com with your Order ID and a clear photo/unboxing video of the damaged item.
  4. Once verified by our studio team, your replacement piece will be prioritized on our printers and dispatched immediately!
